Spoke with Dru. He said Carolyn was satisfied with her overall experience. This business did good work. The staff was really thoughtful and helpful. They were great. She was not kept updated on the status of her vehicle and she had to call. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. They did not tell her when it would be ready nor why it was late.
