Spoke with Elaine. She said everything was great. The customer service was wonderful, they even helped her with her small daughter. She said the back up camera on the vehicle was replaced, but the old one would beep and get louder as she got closer to an object and the new one does not alert her. She is going to call and discuss the concern with someone at the business.
