Ann said she was satisfied with her experience, but she does not know if the trunk was locked because she didn't want to drive without knowing. The first person she spoke with told her this business didn't usually need to get inside the trunk. She said she knew she wasn't imagining it because things were arranged differently than when she left the vehicle. She went to Kia and the second person she dealt with knew. The vehicle was ready when promised on Wednesday, but it was ready really late in the day so she received it onThursday. She came before for a bumper repair and this business has been really good. She was satisfied.
