Spoke with Melissa. She said that she usually has great experiences with this business. This time was not so good. They had her vehicle for over a week and had to send it out to do a warranty repair. After they got her vehicle back, they tried to charge her for the repair and her vehicle still was not done. She said that her service advisor did not telephone her back during the repairs and she was leaving messages constantly. It was like pulling teeth to get them to update her on the vehicle. She did not like how there was still a squeaking noise in her axle after they had it a week. They had replaced the axle and the squeaking noise seemed to have gone away at first. She would like if this business could better themselves by telephoning their customers back.

Sam said this business charged him $700 to replace 8 spark plugs. He chose not to evaluate the quality of the work. The original design of the long spark plugs from Ford are not acceptable. They can break when trying to remove them from the engine. He said he thinks that Ford should have recalled these vehicles and replaced the old spark plugs with the newly designed plugs for free.

Spoke with Billee. She said she noticed that something was hanging underneath her vehicle. She could not return to this business at the time and she went to a different business. The information told to her was that only one of the five screws was put in a bottom plastic piece by the oil pan. She did talk to this business about it. The automatic driver side window does not work and it was not reset after the battery was reconnected. It did not matter that it was not ready when promised. Even though it was about four hours longer, some options were given to her and she was fine with those options that were told to her.
