Spoke with Eugene. He said with his advantage membership, they should be more forward with what will be covered under the warranty. His vehicle was ready 24 to 48 hours late, not including the weekend, because of parts. He requested more information be provided with his advantage membership, warranty, and extended warranty. To serve him better, he said they could focus on customer loyalty and do their best to help the consumer. To keep Bickford Ford ahead of the more aggressive dealerships in Snohomish County, they need to provide better customer service in service and in sales.
