To tell the truth, I've been "down" on Chevrolet since experiencing several power steering problems that Chevrolet isn't addressing on my particular car (2005 Cobalt). Bill Pierre, however, did a great job performing the ignition recall as well as an oil change. Courteous, fast and efficient service. I am warming to GM once again.
