I never used a dealer for oil change before but after this and the last (recall fix) you have my business, The young lady that helped me is a jewel.

I have bought a few cars from there.
They have always been upfront. Even with thew last car they had a detailer mess it up really bad and they still tried to help. It will all be worked out and I think they will stand behind it and make it right. Thats my feeling so far anyways. At this point I would still buy another car from them. Stuff happens.

customers not very important
Bought a used 2012 car from them. Negotiated a price. And then found out that there was a charge of $100 that wasn’t in the negotiated price. Also in the negotiation there was a small dent that was on the fender that they said they would take care of. And someone would contact me from the service dept to schedule a time to come in and get it repaired. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I contacted the sales person. And asked what was up. He said that someone should have called and I would for sure here from someone on Monday and he would personally see to it. Wednesday comes and nothing. So I have to contact them again. Not to mention I have had no follow-up calls from them at all. They got their money so I pretty much meant nothing to them after that. I only give two stars because he did have the rental company pick up my rental and that was cool. But once they had my money it was good bye.
