I was told the tires had been rotated at the end of the service appointment and was pleased with all said and done... In Dec of 2014 the first week I had the car I damaged the front side passenger tire... It could not be repaired and I replaced it with a different model tire from Les Schwab...
I didn't notice it until I washed the car that the tire I replaced was still on the front passenger side and had never been rotated, which meant none had been... Not a big thing, but did make me wonder why they would say they had done it when clearly it had not...
