In addition to getting everything done that I needed, I was extremely pleased with the following:
1. I asked them to look at brakes and suspension fearing the worst (135,000 miles on my car) but they said I don't need to do anything. That gives me great confidence that they won't recommend unnecessary repairs.
2. I had totally forgotten about a $200 credit for prior work done at Bill Pierre. They took it off my bill without my asking. Again, 100% honesty.

They work hard to get you aproved no matter your situation. But I must say it take forever! Make sure to plan for the whole day!You might be looking at 6 hours or more. And since they do sell used cars, I guess they don't fill up the tank of the car when you buy it, although you do get to take it home the same day, and they do have a pretty good selection. I would recommend a table in the waiting lobby where the couches are because they offer you a drink but no table to put it on, so it would be nice to be comfortable since you most likely will be waiting awhile. But overall I would recommend them!

Service department
Bought a brand new 2013 Ford Edge. There was a problem with the body/panel on the passenger side. Clips missing when delivered from the factory (not sure how that happens). Bill identified the issue, got my wife a rental car (issue with enterprise employees driving while taking my 19 month old son and wife to pick up her rental). Bill addressed enterprise, had a positive upbeat attitude, apologized for enterprises behavior, and fixed the vehicle quickly. Not what you want to go through when you buy a brand new vehicle and live over an hour away.....however, it's not the service centers fault and they took ownership with a smile. Enterprise called my wife to apologize and offered to mail some discounted rates/coupons for future service. Haven't received anything from them......

Lack of Technician attention to TSB's
The technician did not review TSB's from Ford concerning the engine miss for my wifes new (800Mi.) 5.0 Mustang GT. We have returned it for the second time and provided the TSB's from Ford online. Not happy
