Jeffrey said he would rate his overall experience with the business a 1. Originally his vehicle was in for body work due to an accident and when the business was repairing the vehicle the temperature change in the business cracked the windshield. He said after some arguing with the business they told him they would replace the windshield. When they did the repair, they did not do it correctly. They used the wrong type of windshield because his windshield use to have a dark strip across the top and now the sensor on the back wiper does not work either. For these reasons, he would not say he was completely satisfied with the repair. He does not remember if the business gave him a promised time. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process nor was he satisfied with the business's communication with him because he ended up having to pay money for the repairs, when he felt he should have never had to pay anything. He has also lost time because of the issue. He and his wife have both had to take time off of work to deal with this issue. He said he was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because he is still left with the problem of having a windshield wiper sensor that does not work properly. For all of the reasons above, he would not recommend this business to friends or family. He also stated it would be nice if someone would come to his house to fix the sensor so he is not inconvenienced any further by having to take another trip to the business.

We replaced the windshield as a courtesy and the windshield that we put in was correct. I kept the old glass to show the owner (Ms) It did not have a tint across the top.
