Caron said this business kept in touch with her throughout the process. She was not given a promise date on when her vehicle would be ready because they had to order parts from Germany. She chose this facility because she bought a BMW from the dealership next door.

Gary said this business provides very good service, and he especially appreciated that his vehicle was returned to him very clean. Suzie, a representative from there, does a very good job all around. His vehicle took longer than he had anticipated it taking, although he was not given a promised date. They had his vehicle for 2 weeks because there was a delay on the insurance company's part.

Spoke with Helga. She said it was a horrible experience. She stated, it took a long time and they didn't do what they should have done with the repair. She said they were unorganized. She couldn't remember if she was given a promise date. In total, the repair took 2 to 3 weeks and they had to order the bumper thrice. Half the time, they didn't know what was going on. She was not satisfied with the communication but she did not elaborate further. She would not recommend them for reasons already stated.
