Anthony said the business had his vehicle for over two months and the repairs still are not finished. They had him come pick up his vehicle until the arm rest for the door came in. He was supposed to receive a call and still is waiting on it a month and a half later. They lost the valve stems to his tires and the remote to his gate at his home. He does not remember being given a promise date but the business is still not finished with his vehicle. He was not satisfied with the communication because it has been a month and a half since anyone from the business has spoken with him regarding the repair. He would also like to know about reimbursement for the replacement of his remote to his home gate.

Spoke with Eric. He said they did an excellent job and it was fast. The communication was very good. His vehicle was not ready when promised because after they got into it, they found some underlying repairs that needed to be done. His vehicle was a week late but it was not their fault. They always do good work.

Salvatore said he did not receive the level of service he is used to. He was not satisfied with their attitude about paying for the work up front without even seeing the vehicle first. He was somewhat satisfied with the staff because it was like going to a fast food restaurant. He was not satisfied with the communication because of the reasons mentioned. He would not recommend this business to others because of this experience. He would not go back to them.

Mohammad said he was not satisfied with the overall experience because it took such a long time to be repaired. They told him it would take two weeks, but it took over one month. There was an insurance company delay and a few other problems. He was not satisfied with the preparation of the estimate. They did one estimate and then they added onto the estimate and changed it. As a result of this visit, he will not recommend this facility to others.

Sigitas said this business did what he expected them to do. They told him they may have to extend how long it was going to take to repair the vehicle and he was okay with this. They did have to extend it out to five days because they found additional damage. The electronic system that they use to notify customers of what is happening to the vehicle should show exactly what is happening so it is more specific.

Sidney said he had to call about 4 times to get a hold of this business so he could see if his vehicle was ready. When he picked it up it had white spots on it, and they took half an hour to clean it. It still has white spots on it now, but the repairs were excellent and they did a fine job with that. They took a day longer than they promised with the repairs due to a part they were waiting for. He was not well informed about the repair process as he had to call them to inquire about it. He would not recommend them due to this experience.
