Monica said the staff was thorough, and they provided updated information regarding when her vehicle would be ready on a regular basis by email. The staff was nice and friendly. They worked with her to get a rental vehicle. The repair service was about 2 days late. The delay was due to locating additional damages. They needed to obtain approval from the insurance company for a supplement to pay for the additional costs. Monica stated she didn't have any complaints regarding the delay.

Becky said when they were fixing her door that one of the panels was not put all the way back in. She also said when she left, her coolant had leaked and her vehicle over heated. She had to call them three times to find out what was going on. They only sent a couple of text messages at the beginning of the repair and after that she had to call for updates. She said when she had to bring the vehicle back they were rude and made it seem as if it was her fault.

Horrible experience
If I could give this car dealer a zero star I would. I order a 2013 X6 from this dealer on February 2012 and they said car will be ready on May. Since May I'm calling their sales representative name ASAD KHAN who sold me the car, and he told me my car will be there next production each time I called him. Finally I called him on July and he said there are people willing to pay more than me and I have to wait. Right now, I have go through same process again with different dealer and wait again. This is ridicules. I would highly NOT recommend this dealer and sales representative.
