Tae said the staff at this business was great and everything they did was great. He said he was frustrated with their organization and communication. He was contacted to let him know his product was ready but when he arrived he found out they had made a mistake and it was not ready. He waited one hour longer due to their miscommunication internally. He was not kept informed since they told him his product would be ready on Friday but he never got a call from them on that day. He contacted them and found out it would be ready on Monday. He was not satisfied with the communication.

Marissa said the work this business did was fantastic, but there were a lot of customer service issues. Her husband pre-arranged a pick up time with this business. He waited for 30 minutes and could not get a hold of anyone at the business, so he ended up walking to them. She took her vehicle in to them on Monday. On Tuesday the insurance company came to this facility to inspect the vehicle. The business could not locate her vehicle or her paperwork. No one at the facility knew anything about her vehicle or what was going on. They told her the vehicle would be done on Wednesday, but it was not done until Thursday due to weather and communication issues. This business did not contact her when her vehicle was ready. She had to call to receive updates on the status of her vehicle. She is unsure if she is satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel for the reasons mentioned. Every time her husband would call them, he could only speak with the person who answered the phone. He was never connected with anyone else, he waited on hold each time. It is very unlikely she would recommend this shop to others for the reasons mentioned.

Susan said this business really helped her out and gave her a rental car. They worked well with the insurance company to make sure everything got done. The repairs did take 2 or 3 additional days but she was not upset because they had good reason for the delay. It took longer because they ended up doing additional work to the bumper, and had to redo some of the paint work because they did not like the way it was blending together. The delay was also partially caused by the weather. She was not dissatisfied about the delay at all because they had good reasons. She was very satisfied and will definitely recommend this business to others.

Ademola said there were some minor things he was not happy with. There was minor overspray and they scratched the plastic on the steering wheel. He was satisfied with the mechanical repairs. They told him the work would take three weeks but it turned into two months because they found additional damage and had to order the parts. Overall, his experience was positive. The representative he worked with did a very good job in helping him.

Paul said his vehicle was returned in horrible condition. It still had the adhesive inside and out and was not properly cleaned at all. The vehicle was not ready when promised because it is still not clean. He is not recommending them because the treatment was less than A plus service.

Syed said his vehicle was returned to him five days later then promised but he is unsure what caused the delay. The delay was not an inconvenience to him because he was renting a vehicle. This business never contacted him and he always had to call them to get the status of his vehicle. Their lack of communication did not bother him at all. The only thing he was not happy with was that there was some white paint left on his door. He has taken the vehicle back to this business and had the issue addressed.

Chris said there are two door seals loose both on the passenger's side of the vehicle. He has already spoken with the facility and plans to bring his vehicle back in. His vehicle was one day late due to the facility not completing his request for additional cleaning to be done. Other than the door seals being loose, everything was awesome.

Christina said everything was well communicated and they went out of their way to make sure she had a vehicle to drive. It was a day late, but it's not a big deal. The reason for the delay was due to the work needed for her vehicle. It was a great experience.

Spoke with Loraine. She said Ritchie, the person she dealt with, was very accommodating. He had someone take her home while her vehicle was at the facility. The repair took 2 extra days because a gentleman from another location had to replace a plastic piece on the front of the vehicle. The first piece broke and because of the snow, there was a delay in getting the second piece.

John said he had some problems with his vehicle that he didn't have before the vehicle went in. There were delays. The first delay was because they didn't have the job finished and the second delay was due to weather. He would not recommend them to others because there was clear coat on his windshield and the sunroof was difficult to open.

Mostafa said the quality of the work was good. The customer service was excellent. The vehicle was delayed several times because of part delays, he chose not to elaborate on how late the repairs were completed. He had to return multiple times because they did not complete everything. He had to take the vehicle back because they missed some dents, they did not put the emblems back on the rear of the vehicle. The plastic covers for the seat rails were not reassembled and he has to bring the vehicle back to have them repaired. These were minor things, but they should have been completed before he picked up the vehicle. He said he is really happy with the quality of the work overall, which was good.
