Spoke with Mohammad. He said there was a lack of communication on this business' part because he was under the impression that he would get a phone call within a week, with regards to the status of his vehicle. He was told when he dropped off his vehicle that he would get a call but he didn't receive any calls. Then two weeks later, there was miscommunication about when to pick it up. They told him they had called but he never received the call. He did receive the email from them. However, they still did a really good job. There was no promised time for his vehicle. When this business did the assessment, they miscalculated by $1000. The personnel was nice and welcoming.

When she first spoke with them over the phone she was given an estimate of $100, but when she went to pick up her vehicle she was given a price of about $1,500. She said there was no communication between herself and the business, they sent her an email of one update on her vehicle.

Ledrew said the repair was done a lot quicker than they said they would be. They told him it would take seven days and it ended up taking three days. There was a delay in getting parts in the beginning, but he was not worried about it. There was nothing to inform him about during the repair process. Everybody was pleasant and friendly, it was a good atmosphere.
