Spoke with Arlene. She said her son's vehicle was in for repairs. This business was very accommodating, they picked him up from the Metro, they responded to all his phone calls, and they were very sensitive to his needs. The vehicle was ready earlier than promised. The insurance company had tried to have her take the vehicle elsewhere, but she refused to bring the BMW anywhere other than a BMW certified repair facility. She said the vehicle is back at this business because her son was in another accident.
