Resham said a 1 rating instead of a 5 when it comes to his satisfaction with his overall experience because it took almost 3 weeks to complete. It took about 2 weeks longer to get his vehicle back. The reason for the delay had to do with the alignment and the paint work. He's not satisfied with the way he was kept informed because he was the one who called to get updates about the status of his vehicle. Also, he's not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel and with this business communication because of the delay. As to whether he would recommend this business to others, he wouldn't because of the length of time it took to get his vehicle back. What led them to this business is because this business works on BMW's.
