Spoke with Sarah. She said there is not enough information on why the cost is so high and it is so much more than at other businesses. She said she wishes there was some kind of loyalty program because she will always go there and feels they can do so much more for a loyal customer. This will certainly ensure her return. She has been going to them for seven years.
