Merritt said the vehicle was ready 2 weeks later than promised. They had to order more parts for the vehicle. They did not contact him during the repair process, he always had to call them. He was not satisfied with their communication for that reason. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because they gave him a hard time when he had to pick up the vehicle. They didn't want to wait 15 minutes for him. He would not recommend them for the reasons already stated.
