Monica said the staff was thorough, and they provided updated information regarding when her vehicle would be ready on a regular basis by email. The staff was nice and friendly. They worked with her to get a rental vehicle. The repair service was about 2 days late. The delay was due to locating additional damages. They needed to obtain approval from the insurance company for a supplement to pay for the additional costs. Monica stated she didn't have any complaints regarding the delay.
