Sharon said the pin stripes were uneven. They did them as a courtesy, but they did not do it correctly. When she brought it back, they fixed that issue. There was a problem with the door window frame along with the rest of the repairs, which were very sloppy. The business informed her every day after the promised day of completion that the repairs would be ready the next day, but on one of those days, they found an issue with her airbags. This lead to a delay, but she was not sure exactly how much longer it took. She was not satisfied with their communication because she had to call hem for updates. She would not recommend them as a result of this experience and over the reasons already mentioned.
