Joy said she was dissatisfied with the quality of the repair because the paint job is terrible. She did not elaborate as to how it was terrible. She said the vehicle was sort of ready when promised. It was ready on time, but the brake lights and traction control light were on. The staff took the vehicle back and over 30 minutes later they told her a part had snapped when the vehicle was in their care causing this. She then had to take the vehicle elsewhere to have the part fixed. She did not say which part was damaged. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she was not called when the vehicle was ready. She had requested email updates during the repair process, but she had still expected an actual call at the end. She was dissatisfied with the communication because her husband has been calling this business for over a week. He has been trying to talk to some one about the terrible paint work. He has left numerous messages and has not been called back yet. As a result of this visit she would not recommend this business to others. She chose this business because it was recommended by the insurance company and it is affiliated with a dealership.
