Spoke with Robert. His vehicle was damaged, so he took it in. The insurance company handled everything, so he wasn't given an estimate. He was not called and kept informed, but when the business called to say the vehicle was ready, it was indeed. When he got the vehicle back from the business, it looked great, like nothing had happened to it.
