Christa said she has been dealing with this establishment for two years now. Every time this business repaired her vehicle they caused more damage since the original visit two years ago. When told the vehicle would be ready, it never truly was. This last visit took a month and she did not hear anything from this business for three and a half weeks during that time. The representatives have never been very responsive to her. She didn't ask why it took so long. Previously this establishment had broken her side view mirror and bent the frame of her vehicle causing the hood not to lay straight. Jay tried to bend the hood back into shape. Jay also repaired a piece of the wiper fluid mechanism that had been held together with electrical tape that a previous representative had worked on. Tony and Andrew were very rude. Jay and Eric are nice but the same problems are still happening. She is livid that this last time the front licence plate got bent and the glove box practically fell out with all kinds of screws and pieces inside. There were scratches on the left hood area above the wheel like a metal brush got scraped across the paint. The leather surrounding her emergency brake had been popped out. When she was leaving this last time she asked the manager if there was somebody above him that she could speak with regarding these issues and to see about getting better service for all of this establishment's customers. She was then told that everybody at this business is aware of her. She said she believes it was supposed to be a positive remark but she did not appreciate it as it had nothing to do with her point of getting professional service for the customers. She said this is ridiculous and needs to be addressed. She would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
