Satish said his vehicle was at the business for almost 2 months and they could not find the problem. After the business received a check for $10,000 or so, they finally found some problems. He chose not to elaborate on what the problems were. His vehicle was not fixed to his satisfaction. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because there are still some broken parts from the accident, his vehicle smells like something is burning, and the business did not test drive it to see if it was properly running. His vehicle was ready 1 month later than promised because the business said some parts were still broken due to wear and tear, but it was actually from the accident. He chose not to elaborate on what parts. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because he was told things were going fine but they were not going fine. He chose not to evaluate the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because his insurance company handled that. He was not completely satisfied with the business's communication and would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated. He recently purchased a 5 series from another dealership because of the experience at this business. He is not sure if he will get honest answers in the future from them and he does not feel comfortable with this business anymore.
