Carrie said the vehicle was ready two days later than promised. They told her they vehicle was late because it was in quality control. The body work looked fine but on the passenger side door it looks as if some of the gel coat is gone. If the vehicle was in quality control for so long they should have seen that. She pointed it out while she was there and they told her she can bring it back when she wants. It's an inconvenience as they don't offer loaner vehicles and she works full time. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she had to call them to get updates. She was not satisfied with the their communication because it was a hassle to get any of her questions answered. At other businesses of this type one staff member handles the vehicle throughout the process. This business seems disconnected as the vehicle seems to pass through many hands. Before she could get answers to her questions, they had to track down several staff members to find out who knows what. She would not recommend this business for the reasons already stated. The way they treated her was as good as any normal business of this type, but she expected BMW to be a cut above the others and this business was not.
