Spoke with Anila. She said it took 6 days longer than promised because of the parts being delayed. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because they would tell her the vehicle would be ready on a certain day and it wasn't. She was also not satisfied with the communication because they did not keep her updated. She called several times and no one would return her calls. They told her the phone lines were down. She said she did not expect this kind of customer service from this business. It was one problem after another. She would not recommend this business for the above reasons.
