Vishwas said his vehicle wasn't ready on time, and they kept giving him reasons. It was due on June 18th but it wasn't totally finished until July 2nd or 3rd. He had to bring his vehicle back two times for a noise in the wheels. He didn't receive any updates between dropping off his vehicle on the 1st and the 17th. When he called for updates, they told him they would call him back, but didn't. He received automated updates, which told him his vehicle was ready 2 weeks after he picked it up. When he told Jerrell the passenger side door wouldn't lock or unlock with his keys, he was told they didn't do anything to the right side. He then spoke with Ron and he helped solve this issue. When he entered the business, no one stopped to ask him if he needed help. He chose this business, because BMW of Sterling didn't have an in-house body shop. He would have preferred for this business to communicate more. Due to his experience Vishwas wouldn't recommend this business.
