Mary said she was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because there were a few spots in the paint where it looks wrinkled. She did have them fix it before she took the vehicle. She was not satisfied with the communication because the last time she spoke to her insurance company, which was about a week ago, they were waiting on this business to send them information so Mary could receive the money back for the deductible. She questions whether this business broke the hood latch on her vehicle during the repair. She doesn't believe it was broken before, but there was nothing she could do to prove they broke it. The personnel were very nice.
