Bjorn said he gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 when it comes to his satisfaction with his overall experience because a tow hatch cover is missing from his front bumper. He's not sure why it was even removed in the first place. A new one was ordered and he's still waiting to hear from this business. It ended up being an extra day longer to get his vehicle back and because they had to perform a lot of computer updates. The customer service is responsive and helpful. They put customer needs first.
