Sami said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repairs, because when the vehicle was finished the colors did not match and there was paint on the windshield. Also, the fender was replaced and it did not line up correctly with the hood. The back door and the bumper were not installed correctly. He informed the business to install it correctly. He did not elaborate on what was wrong with the bumper. He said his vehicle was late because of quality control. He had to bring the vehicle back in to have them reinstall the bumper. He did not elaborate on how late the vehicle was. He was not satisfied with the way he was kept informed or the communication because there was no communication and he was not kept informed like he asked during the repairs. He was not satisfied with the estimate because he did not receive a print out of the estimate. He said they wrote one by hand on an old receipt and when he asked for a printed one, he was told one will be mailed to him, but he never received it. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated because he said he felt like they were very unprofessional because his vehicle sat for three days, then told him they were unable to make the repairs he had asked. He did not elaborate on what the repairs were, but he said he lives close to the location and noticed they did not try and do the repairs. He said he would not recommend the business for the reasons mentioned.
