Stuart said this business uses a tracker system and updates via email, but the emails were useless. The original estimate of when his vehicle would be done was two weeks, but the work took two months. He had to call this business to follow up on the status of his vehicle. This business never offered an explanation for the delay. There was no communication with this business. The personnel were friendly and polite. He said he might recommend this business to others, but he will caution people that their time estimates are faulty.
