Mukarram said he had a new vehicle and he waited two extra weeks for it. There were a couple of things that were not fixed right the first time and they had to keep his vehicle for a little longer than promised. He chose not to elaborate further. They didn't have a loaner vehicle available for him. He had to get a rental vehicle and the insurance company did not pay for the extended time he needed it for. They did not tell him when he should expect his vehicle to be ready. He said they did not keep him informed. He had to call them.
