Hsiaoping said the communication was poor. She said that her insurance company told her that it would take 9 days but it took 30 days. She did not get an explanation as to why it took so long. The business and insurance company were blaming the delay on each other. There were no updates on the status of her vehicle, and the website was no help at all because they had the wrong information in the system. She said that she felt the personnel could have had more communication.
