Spoke with Helga. She said it was a horrible experience. She stated, it took a long time and they didn't do what they should have done with the repair. She said they were unorganized. She couldn't remember if she was given a promise date. In total, the repair took 2 to 3 weeks and they had to order the bumper thrice. Half the time, they didn't know what was going on. She was not satisfied with the communication but she did not elaborate further. She would not recommend them for reasons already stated.
