David said his vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday, but it wasn't ready until Wednesday night and he is not sure why there was delay. They did not explain anything. He was not satisfied with the communication because he had to keep calling them to find out when his vehicle would be ready. No one called him to update him about the status of his vehicle.
