Staci said the insurance company for the person that hit her paid for the repairs and gave the estimate. She mentioned the customer service at this business was great and they do very thorough repairs. There was one small issue that she is needing to take care of. The BMW emblem was supposed to be black and white instead of blue and white. She needs to take pictures of this and send them in for this business to take care of this issue. She was impressed with the communication during the repair process. She mentioned that she drove and hour and a half to have her vehicle repaired here because she knew it would be of good quality.
