Review for BMW of Fairfax Body Shop

Krishma said she was not satisfied with the body and paint work. She was told it was going to be a couple of days but was surprised by a call from this business the next day to come pick up her vehicle. She dropped off her rental and went to get her vehicle. She was handed keys to a Toyota that was not hers. It took 45 minutes for this business to finally locate her vehicle and after she verified she asked them if they could do an oil change for her since she was inconvenienced. They told her they would. She was called in a couple of days after that to pick up her vehicle. She arrived at the business and was handed her keys in a rude manner. She stated they did not even offer to do a walk around with her so she just went to her vehicle. She noticed damage to the moldings on her vehicle, which were not there when she brought it in. She asked to speak to the manager who was very nice, helpful and caring. He told her they would order the parts. She then noticed the paint was still tacky to the touch and had swirls on it. The staff told her it was dirt but they had washed it so she did not think it was dirt. The manager still has to resolve this. She was not kept informed during repairs and she had to call to get updates. She said the staff was uncaring and sarcastic to her inquiries, which is why she asked to speak to the manager. She will not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned. She also noted that her oil had not been changed since her oil levels are low and she has to go get that done.
