Spoke with Ms. Donald C. She said she is very unhappy with this business. This was a brand new vehicle. When she brought her vehicle in, the business told her it would be ready in six to nine days. It ended up taking over three weeks. Every time she called in to the business she was told it would be ready the next day, but it was never ready. There was always something else. It was either in the paint room or just out of the paint room. They replaced the sun roof and claimed it leaked. She believes they may have left it in the rain to leak. When she received her vehicle back, it was filthy on the inside. There was grease all over the leather seats. She cannot imagine a business giving a vehicle back looking like that on the inside. She just had it detailed a month and a half before by GMC. There is also a light fixture in the roof of her vehicle which looks like this business took a screw driver to try and pry it off, and now there are indentations around the light fixture. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she kept having to call. She was not satisfied with the estimate because she was not satisfied with the whole process, but did not elaborate. She was unable to specify if she was satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because she only worked with Tom. She was unable to specify if she was satisfied with the business' communication because she only communicated with Tom. She would not recommend this facility to others for the reasons mentioned. She was told by this business she could bring her vehicle back and they would detail it for her and provide a loaner vehicle. She plans to come to the business on Monday. She did also mentioned her insurance company is not happy with this business. When she spoke with a supervisor at her insurance company and explained the situation, the supervisor said they would check the records and if there were any other complaints about this business, they would stop recommending them.
