Shengzu said that he was satisfied with the quality of the repairs that this facility provided but they need to improve on their communication efforts. The time it took to complete the repairs went beyond his expectations. He was told the vehicle would be repaired in 1 week but it took 2 whole weeks because of insurance company issues. He called this facility twice in the second week to ask about the status of his vehicle and each time the representative he spoke with on the phone would not expose any information on his vehicle. He was told he would be called when the vehicle was ready. Shengzu said that he was a bit annoyed that this facility did not keep him updated on the status of his vehicle and he hopes that next time this facility will provide him with updates.
