Spoke with Maurene. She said when she first went to this business they told her about everything she would need to have repaired on her vehicle. The business told her that there was a lot of damage to the bumper and they would need to replace it. She said the insurance company had looked at the damage and suggested that this business should just paint over the bumper instead of replacing it. The business went ahead and painted over the bumper and did not replace it without discussing the matter with her. She said her vehicle looked awful when she went to pick it up. She said she went to pick her vehicle up two weeks after it was supposed to be ready, but she chose not to elaborate further. She said this business did not treat her as well as she expected because they could have fought the insurance company and repaired the vehicle as they agreed to do in the beginning. She said this business did not keep her informed and they did not communicate with her. They did not call her throughout the entire repair process. She said she did not know anything about the insurance company's suggestion and this business should have let her know so she could have handled that issue personally. She will not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
