Mario said this business had his vehicle for a very long time. He brought it in on April 22 and it was suppose to be ready by April 27, however, he did not receive it finished until October. This business did not do a good job so he had to keep having them take it back in and have it repaired properly and that is why it took so long. He was not kept adequately informed for reasons he is unsure of. He was not satisfied with the communication because this business did not keep him informed, they were suppose to send him email updates but he never received them. He would not recommend this business for service because it took so long for them to correctly fix his vehicle.
