Review for BMW of Fairfax Body Shop

Linda said that she was unsure if she was satisfied with the person who prepared the estimate or not because her husband took care of that aspect. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because her daughter brought the vehicle in and she went to the service center side and not the body shop side. She was sent to two different places and was looking for this business for an hour and a half before someone even helped her out. When she did get the vehicle in she had to wait around for someone to help her. Linda said this business doesn't have any sense of customer service when you walk in. Due to these reasons she wasn't satisfied with the communication and she would not recommend this business to others.

I am not sure why or how this can happen since we are across the street on Lee Hwy. You can actually see the service center from our building. If someone at our service department gave her the wrong directions i apologize
