Review for BMW of Fairfax Body Shop

Kevin said he is not a completely satisfied customer because he was not satisfied with his overall experience with BMW of Fairfax Body Shop and he would rate his overall experience with a 3. He was not satisfied with the paintwork performed because he was not happy with the fit and finish of the paint job. The paint was not buffed and there were scratches on the outside of the vehicle and there were scratches on the wood grain inside. Kevin said there is no quality control. They did not give him a promised ready time. The people were friendly, but they returned the vehicle in an inferior condition. They probably used cords that banged against the vehicle and they used a dirty rag to wipe off the vehicle. Therefore, the vehicle was returned in a filthy and marked up condition. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. Kevin had to call to get updated and their messaging service did not send an alert to him. Kevin had to come back twice to see the manager and this was a big hindering factor. As a result of this visit, Kevin will not recommend this facility to others and he will not go back.
