Khalil said he was emailed when his vehicle was admitted, but he did not hear back from the business again until his vehicle was finished. They had a slight miscommunication and contacted his personal insurance company for the payment, but they should have contacted the offending parties insurance company. The personnel were very personable and the paint work was done very well. He said Richard Jenkins went out of his way to ensure that his customers are satisfied.
