Spoke with Diana. She said every time she called to get updated they gave her the same explanation. They told her the vehicle was put in the paint booth and it was being painted. She said she normally doesn’t have any problems with this business and the quality of the repairs was excellent. Her vehicle was about 4 or 5 days late for the above reason. She was not kept informed during the repair process, she had to initiate the phone calls to be kept updated. She would recommend this business to others because she does not go anywhere else for repairs.
