Stuart said he never got an update on the repairs and his representative was never at his desk. There also was a cigarette in his vehicle when he went to pick it up and he does not smoke. His vehicle took a day longer than he expected but he wasn't given a reason as to why. They had an Internet system that updated their system on Sunday but they put the wrong date in the computer so his vehicle was not ready when they said it would be. He said he felt his representative was never available when he needed him. He would not recommend this business for service because of the bad experience that he had with them.
