Spoke with Adele. She said the personnel dealt with the insurance company, when the payment was late. The business did not make her pay anything or make a big deal out of it. They fixed a couple of unexpected little things. The vehicle looks good, but she has not driven it yet. Her partner wanted to use a business authorized by the manufacturer. They would do the best job. He had to convince the insurance company.
