Serge said he is not satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate because they did not allow some of the items on the estimate to be corrected. When the vehicle was left for repairs there were four floor mats in the vehicle and when it was returned one of the mats was missing. When he brought the issue to their attention they did not make an effort to solve the problem. He would not recommend the business because they did not make things convenient for him.
