Yousif said they left work stains on the seats and marks. They probably did not cover the seats. He cannot get the marks out. He was satisfied with the quality of the way they fixed his vehicle's issues. A backordered part made the repairs take two and a half extra weeks. They did not keep him apprised, so at one point his insurance company told him he needed to call in. The employees were courteous and professional. He was not satisfied with their communication because he did not get much of it. He would recommend them for their workmanship, but they don't communicate unless called. Customers have to do their own follow-up.
