Thomas said this repair took a lot longer than it should have taken because they were sent the wrong part. He mentioned that he knows it was not their fault and everything worked out in the end. He did not elaborate as to the length of the delay. Lastly he stated that the professionalism of the staff was good and they were very friendly.
